Runners who participated in the marathon set off from Tiananmen Square and finished at the Olympic Park, one of the main venues of the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

As the title sponsor of the preeminent race, Beike not only actively assisted the organizing committee in arranging the event but also provided various supplementary services for entrants. At supplement stations along the course, volunteers from Beike provided refueling services and cheered for competitors to help them challenge their limits and compete at a higher level.
