Biography

Ms. Xiaohong Chen has been serving as an independent Director of the Company since August 2020 and was re-designated as an independent non-executive Director in May 2022. She has been serving as the founding and managing partner of H Capital since March 2014. Before founding H Capital, Ms. Xiaohong Chen served as a managing director at Tiger Global from September 2004 to February 2012, responsible for its investment activities in China. Ms. Xiaohong Chen served as a vice president of Joyo.com from February 2004 to September 2004. Ms. Xiaohong Chen worked at Veronis Suhler Stevenson from July 1994 to February 2004, where she lastly served as a managing director.

Ms. Xiaohong Chen received a bachelor’s degree in history from Peking University in July 1992 and a master’s degree in library service from Rutgers University in May 1994.
